Turkey Meatloaf + mushroom gravy, egg noodles & cucumber dill salad & lingonberries

We created the original recipe for  Swedish Meatloaf for the BORK BORK BORK at Dog Bar Jim -- where it can still be found. This is the dinner version-- all the flavors of Swedish meatballs + a dill flecked mushroom gravy , egg noodles and a bracing cucumber salad OF COURSE there are lingonberries...just like at IKEA...
