Shrimp Lemon & Garlic

It's our first Shrimp Dish! This is basically a Shrimp Scampi... though pretty sure Scampi means Shrimp so its Shrimp Shrimp-- lots of fresh garlic + butter, fresh lemon, lemon zest & preserved lemon with go in here + some herby orzo & string beans with toasted almonds ( Can't do nuts? just lets us know we'll leave them off)
